Snapped: Inside the New ASK Italian Swindon

Swindon widened it's foodie offering on Wednesday night, when ASK Italian opened it's first restaurant, in the town's brand new retail and leisure development - Regent Circus.

The 142-cover restaurant features a relaxed dining space complete with open-plan kitchen.

The interior reflects the brand’s distinctive look, inspired by bold, fresh Milanese design coupled with warm foodie touches.

Throughout the day diners can enjoy brunch and an all-day menu of smaller dishes alongside the popular a la carte menu. 

ASK Italian’s menu features classic Italian food created from the finest Italian-sourced ingredients. Mains feature pasta, risotto and pizza dishes – including a range of decadent fresh egg pasta dishes dressed with special ingredients from lobster to Italian Luganica sausage. 

There are also meat and fish dishes inspired by regional Italian specialties, including ‘pork belly porchetta’ – a Tuscan classic: slow-roasted, meaty pork belly in a herbed red wine sauce.
